It was heated, reasonably large and with all the comfy touches. The breakfast was savoury and there were a great selection of options. The hotel had perfect and exceptionally nice location near to the main business district, and Kazakhstan.

It was overall clean, everyone was attentive and caring.

Reasonably clean hotel in a nice building near to European embassies, restaurant for dinner and the centre of the city. Absolutely perfect location, an easy walk to everywhere. Large room and nice bed, comfy sleep. Great service overall and parking on site. Not to mention excellent wifi!

I really enjoyed every detail about my very pleasant 6 nights stay here. the staff was helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. the twin room was luxurious and new-fashioned. Hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were very handy. the hotel was in a central setting at the center of the city. Moreover, it's near the center of Astana and a restaurant for dinner.
